At LUDI, we believe in making things as smooth and straightforward as possible—on and off the court. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ve got a 30-day return policy to help make it right.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it arrived—unused and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy! For your convenience, we offer free return pickups. Simply contact us at hello@ludipaddleclub.com to arrange a pickup, and we’ll handle the rest.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether it’s been approved. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it might take a little extra time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the refund on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t seen the refund, let us know at hello@ludipaddle.com so we can investigate.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Please email us at hello@ludipaddleclub.com, and we’ll arrange an exchange. Please note that refunds are not available for damaged or incorrect items; exchanges will be processed instead.
